Cupcakes...

Suddenly today I’m thinking of Cupcakes!!!

Cupcakes has recently becoming popular in the food industry. Despite a normal size & round/square shaped of Birthday cakes, most people have change their prescription to a series of cupcakes. It is said to be more attractive, presentable and more chunky and sweeter in appearance. The taste may relates to it’s designed looks as presentable. It can be much more attractive when compared to normal look of the traditional cake.

 Why is it called Cupcakes?

Because back then they used to put cupcakes in an actual cup and bake the cake then some one invented a cupcake holder to put them in and the cupcakes are made out of cake mix, which are now baked in little paper or foil cups.

How popular the Cupcakes are?

Well, many people want to know this too. Cupcakes are really popular in the U.S. and in almost any part of the world. In most developed countries where innovative and fanciful products has good penetration in business markets, some people use cupcakes as their cakes instead of regular cakes. So cupcakes are really popular, not just in the U.S. but also around the world. Millions of people of all ages, races, backgrounds, and gender do like cupcakes.

How to make Cupcakes?

Instead of making the batter by our own, we can easily buy any cake mix from Supermarket or Wallmart, or what so ever Mart available nearby. Then it is easier to make the regular batter (If in any how that we may not know how to make a cake batter, just follow the instructions on the box). Next is to butter up the cupcake mold/pan/thingy and put the batter in it sufficiently. Finally just put it in the oven at 350 for 40-45 minutes. Finally, its something nice to enjoy with some homemade or bought frosting! And it’s the frosting that add up as the beautiful covering of the cupcakes. It brings some beauty to the cupcakes in making it so temptingly delicious to eat.

What is the difference between Muffins and Cupcakes?

A muffin is any quick b read (mixed by muffin mixing method & does NOT contain yeast) that is in the shape of a cupcake. A cupcake is any cake batter mixed with the straight method or creaming method made into the shape of a cup.

Cupcakes (traditionally) have frosting on top, while muffins have no frosting, but muffins can have a glaze on top. Many people think that the difference is either frosting or no frosting, or that it's "in a paper liner" or not, but that is a common mistake. Either one can be made with or without a paper liner; it's just the baker's preference.

A quick bread (or muffin) CANNOT be baked like a sheet cake or round layered cake because it won't bake properly. The same goes for a cupcake batter - a cake batter (or cupcake) cannot be baked in a loaf or bundt pan because it will not bake properly. But, since both can be baked into a smaller shape, people often think they're the same.

Other (humorous) distinctions between muffins and cupcakes:

If you threw a cupcake against the wall, you would hear something of a 'poof!' If you threw a muffin, you would hear a 'thud!'

A muffin does not look good in jeans but cupcakes do!

So sweet the Cupcakes….I’m making myself  Cupcakes too….
